高校专职档案员工作绩效提升策略研究——基于心理资本的视角

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了十年来心理资本的相关研究,在厘清高校专职档案员心理资本内涵、结构等基础上,基于心理资本的开发有利于个体和组织工作绩效提升的研究,结合高校专职档案员的任务、关系、学习、创新方面的绩效考核维度,分别从提升自我效能、开发希望资本、培养乐观心态、锻造坚韧品性四个心理资本维度提出了提升高校专职档案员工作绩效的策略。
