在文化数字化战略与人工智能技术加速发展的背景下，档案文化传播面临传播效率不足、表达方式单一与受众触达有限等现实困境。探讨AI如何系统性介入档案文化传播过程、构建增效机制，对于提升档案文化传播效能、推动档案资源价值转化具有重要意义。在梳理档案文化传播与技术赋能相关研究的基础上，引入“增效机制”分析视角，从处理效率、内容表达与受众匹配三个维度剖析AI赋能档案文化传播的内在逻辑，进而构建AI驱动下档案文化传播的增效机制框架，并提出以技术规制、资源协同与内容创新为核心的增效路径，为档案文化传播的智能化转型提供理论支撑与实践参考。

Against the backdrop of the cultural digitization strategy and the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology, archival cultural communication faces practical challenges such as insufficient communication efficiency, monotonous modes of expression, and limited audience reach. Exploring how AI can systematically intervene in the process of archival cultural communication and construct an efficiency enhancement mechanism is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of archival cultural communication and promoting the value transformation of archival resources. Based on a review of research related to archival cultural communication and technology empowerment, this paper introduces the analytical perspective of an "efficiency enhancement mechanism". It examines the internal logic of AI empowerment in archival cultural communication from three dimensions: processing efficiency, content expression and audience matching. Furthermore, it constructs a framework for the efficiency enhancement mechanism of AI-driven archival cultural communication and proposes enhancement pathways centered on technological regulation, resource collaboration and content innovation. This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical references for the intelligent transformation of archival cultural communication.
