Based on the cultural industry chain, a development model centered on upstream resource quality improvement, midstream cross-media communication, and downstream commercial expansion can be constructed, and the unification of cultural value and economic value of archives can be realized,thereby promoting the innovation and high-quality development of archival undertaking.
