在“人工智能+”时代背景下,以文化机构虚拟数字人应用模式为研究对象,在回顾历程、明确定义的基础上,以数字员工、数字偶像和数字导游归纳既有实践中角色类型,进而对比分析文化机构定位差异下档案馆虚拟数字人应用前景。着重探讨在缺乏有力统一范式的前提下,档案馆如何抵御安全性、合规性和真实性所面临的风险,回应档案管理与活化需求。以便捷化、智能化和个性化为目标,提出运用技术工具提升档案管理效率,开发知识服务提高数据供给质量和拓展文化业务刺激公众热情的响应路径,探索虚拟数字人助力档案馆数智转型的应用模式。
Abstract:Taking the application model of virtual digital human in cultural institutions as the research subject against the backdrop of the "AI+" era, the paper summarizes the role positioning of virtual digital human from three levels: digital employee, digital icon and digital guide based on reviewing the development process and establishing clear definitions. Furthermore, it compares and analyzes the application prospects of virtual digital human in archives under different cultural institution positioning. In the absence of strongly unified paradigm, it focuses on exploring how archives can resist risks of security, compliance and authenticity responding to the demand for archives management and activation. With convenience, intelligence and personalization as the goal,the paper proposes response strategies that involve using technical tools to improve the efficiency of archives management,developing knowledge services to enhance the quality of data supply, and expanding cultural services to stimulate public enthusiasm, in order to explore application models for virtual digital human to assist digital and intelligent transformation of archives.
